Tonight its LaLande de Talyran Entre deux Mers - white, a Cote du Luberon Rose & Antoine Ogier Côtes du Rhône villages vielles vignes 2015, almost without equal at the same price as we had our neighbours for dinner, excellent.

Do you use JB weld to stick them on the wall or do I rotate :D Blackberries make a nice wine, we make Pineau with them

Heres our latest batch of Pineau maturing in a chestnut barrel, its just a mixture of our own grape juice & Eau de Vie at 3:1 ratio to get it to about 15-16% then leave to mature.

The grape variety is an old Vendeen variety called La Chasse de la Rose which is quite nice for eating as well, we had loads this year & made over 30 litres.
