Been thinking about trying this recently.

 

10 days!

150 per day!

anytime and where!

 

whos in? next it will be with one hand ahaha:lol:

yeah i reckon your right mark, down 100. 50 to go... feeling the burn

 

Good going mate. I seem to remember Jungle going on about doing 150 chins a day.

 

I have tried similar in the past for press ups and sit-ups. Might have to dust off the old chin bar from the shed and have at it!

 

I reckon I would be pretty sore after 1 day though.

day 1 done! i feel like i am carrying another person on each arm. today is going to be killer. big night out really doesn't help for the next day by the way. Oops

 

i think once get you to day 3/4 or should be getting better. i did the 200 press up challenge, i think mark got me on to that and was good way of pushing your self.
