150 Rollers

Hi

Ive bought replacement bushes (the green ones) to install on thr bottom roller on my ftr150. Problem is i dont know how to get roller out, ive had rollerbox off removed top roller and stopped. on one end of bottom roller ther are 3 allen bolts deep inside the roller do i remove them and it comes out or do i need to take off the blades, or get a hacksaw???

The 3 deep allen bolts you describe have to be removed first, you can then removed the spline drive from the hex roller. (This can be difficult if the spline drive and roller body have corroded over a period of years).

Your local Timberwolf dealer or part supplier should be able to assist with removal. Good luck.
