The New Arbortec Breatheflex Chainsaw Trousers!

Recommended Posts

Ive been trying to find a long leg, medium pair in type A, could find any at the show, and local supplier says I may have to wait until mid August.

Anybody got any or know who has them in stock?

Cheers

I'am medium and long leg and got a perfect pair of type A's from Forest And Arb on sat £145. Good price I think unless someone tells me any different:thumbup:

I've had my pair about 3 weeks, so far so good, a good baggy fit, but I personally like that, I did get large which was the right size for me, maybe could of gone medium cos the fit is large. but I hate the slim tight fitting stuff anyway...... that's just personal though.

however I do have gripes with the pockets....

[edited for brevity, Ianw's whole post is above in the chain if you want to see his pictures and comments in full]

We're collecting all the comments we can on the trousers and feeding them back into future product development. Obviously we want every detail of the trousers to be excellent, so constructive criticism like this is much appreciated.

Pretty similar in terms of fit. Not baggy at all, but not oppressive either. Snug comfy fit. They are much lighter and cooler than the hi flex though, and seem to be a hell of a lot more robust too.

I have them in the smallest (hobbit) size I could get and they are nice and snug compared to my old highflex trews. After a couple of weeks in the hot weather I have found them to be a lot cooler than the stihls class 2 offering.

Overall I would rate them very highly with a nice large back piece that stops chip getting dumped down my legs.

Two burning questions, how are they holding up long term, and can you fit an iPhone 6 in an otter box in the phone pocket?

My iPhone 4 fits with a griffin case on, but it's snug. I don't know how much bigger an otter box is.
