Funny that. Mine are a touch the opposite, but in a good way. I guess you can't cater for every shape and size. Unfortunately it's a risk you take buying online.

We don't have anywhere that sells gear round here so no choice. I'm an xl in pfaner and Stihl so thought xl would be right in these, also now worn for a couple of days the have given quite a bit more than I thought they would.

I get it mate, I'm miles away from anywhere too. It's just pot luck sometimes. I got lucky this time.

If the size isn't right for you, then that should be easily fixed.

The usual process is to take them back to the dealer you bought them from and then they'll sort out a return with us, but message me if you have any questions.

Bit difficult when you have worn them for a day. I ordered them mail order from jonsie, didn't expect the sizes to be so different from other normal sizes that's all, then the give.

hi robin just out of interest what is TRIOStrand Multi-layered chainsaw shield system?

I had to look this up at work, so sorry for not responding earlier but I didn't know specifically what it was. Sounded like something out of Ironman to me.

Apparently its 'A blend of 3 integrated fibers including Ultra-high Molecular Weight Polyethylene'.

It boils down to being a new way of knitting the chainsaw protective fabric to allow it be lighter and more breathable, but still provide the chainsaw stalling effect needed.

Once the wording of the technical spec is approved I'll be adding to the 'technology' page on our website, where it will languish unread for ever.
