Well done Cerne here's your second tip, spend your first tip wisely as you won't get many in this thankless proffesion....

 

Maybe il put it in frame Lee, and stare at it for hours thinkng at least one person appriecates our work.

Always used to cut a hedge for a little old french lady and she would always give me a tip even if it was just £2!! It might be my imagination, but I think that Europeans always used to tip. Maybe its in their culture:confused1:

 

Not complaining though!! £2 is better than nothing!!!:001_tongue:

beer, cider, money, chainsaws, jam,frozen pheasants , wine, whisky the lot. the secret to a good tip, is a skinny malnutritioned yet cute groundworker, work him like a dog and the customer feels sorry for him:001_cool:

Ha very true! its strange but the customer always comments on the groundworker when giving a tip in my experience...
