Will to be honest - its a terrible job. If you want to get a lot of work you have to learn how to do a good job. When you have done this you will get recommended by customers who have used you. If you have a professional attitude get to collage and learn how to do the job properly.

eggsarascal may have hit the nail on the head. To me it looks odd/unfinished and the pruned branches don't seem to meet the 'rule of thirds' and have been reduced back to very small growth points. Sorry to be blunt but is this a wind up as it looks dreadful and in my opinion it probably should have been left alone ?
