Another thanks!

Cheers for the swift service HB, 560xpg, boots and trousers arrived safely today via very friendly UPS man who agreed to drive back into town and drop the kit at my mum's work whilst I was out. Bemused looks in an Elderly mental health ward as a large Husqvarna box arrived in reception!

I'm pretty sure the boots are the correct fit (feel a little larger than my same size Meindl walking boots at the moment). Can you give me a heads up on the returns policy for boots? I'll only wear them indoors for starters.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for the great feedback

How are you getting on with your new boots?

I will pass your feedback back to UPS too, always nice to hear when someone goes that little extra further.

Yep, the boots are fine with a second pair of socks! I'm looking into some insoles to go under the original memory foam ones.

They're now christened with clearing a laurel from over a compost heap so not really returnable anyways. They are definitely bigger than my Meindl hiking boots which might be interesting to your sales guys.

Cheers again!
