I know :( if it was my own 560 I would, however I am tempted to order one for my 576xp

Do it! Wrap handles are the bee's knees! Although I want a heated version for days like today!

Others may say Stihl Rapid Super .325" X .058" (1.5mm)

 

All down to personal opinion, some will say run 3/8".

LPX is a little faster and smoother than RS, but both are fine!

 

Definately 3/8" on the 560xp, or at least put a .325x8 on there - .325x7 is meaningless.

Agreed . Some one on here was saying a 9 pin .325 was a wood eater on soft . 2 x extra drivers . I suspect not enough torque generated for hard but not tried it yet ,.

I have got a standard 7-spline drum for my 560, just to try 3/8x8 with a short bar (16"). It worked very well for limbing and bucking smaller trees with my MS361, so I can't see why it wouldn't on the 560.

 

However, I need two legs to stand on before I can do much...
