The way your prussik was set up. Looked weird, and unnatural. I thought you'd done it all wrong until I realised you were one of satans minions :001_tt2:

Nice work as normal James that looked a good size tree.

I love jobs where all the timber can be left on site saves the springs on the Truck.

ahhh well i have been known to be abit of a devil haha :001_tongue:

was a decent size nick made effortless with the grcs though :thumbup1:

yer i just unclipped with that bit cause it was abit big really, the 2 stems got pulled together with that bit they normally were 6ft apart if not more.

cack handed only the best people are left handed :001_tt2:

how did ya tell?

I dont want to sound negative about the unclipping but you should never put yourself or other in an unknown risk by rigging something out that worries you enough to unclip and have concerns about the anchor. A correctly spread anchor point shouldnt heave stems together that much.

I've said my pennies worth not looking for a justification just pointing out to newbiees thats its not really what you should do.

But "safe rigging" is so 2013!

I hear you though, but I suppose with the GRCS the temptation is always there to take meaty bits :thumbup1:
