Hi, I've got an 06 new shape l200 and had my old 06 new shape truck written off. The insurance gave me a hilux to use until I got a new truck sorted out. I've always loved the look of hiluxs but since driving one I much prefer the L200. I've owned the new shape L200 for around 3 years and have never had a problem with mine. Just keep them serviced etc, and I'm sure they'll be fine.

Good luck with finding a new truck.
