Hi guys don't know if you read my other post but I'm planning on coming over in a couple of years.

So as per advice given we've decided to do a couple of weeks in August to check out the weather lifestyle etc.

Does anyone know of anyone that might be able to give me a week or so in work when I get there? (I know I won't be officially working there not sure I can without the correct visa) but maybe a job on the side 'wink' 'wink' please could you guys spread the word I could really do with some help :-).

Thanks in advance.

Mike.

Get caught working in Oz with no visa and you'll never be allowed in, far better to email a few firms to see if you can get a few days experience with them for nowt.

August can be a mixed month weather wise, I've known frosts best pack a jumper.

I wouldn't base myself in Sydney its not that nice once you've done the tourist stuff, I'd base

myself an hour north on the Central Coast, it has everything

Thanks that's what I was trying to get at a bit of work experience but didn't want to sell my self to cheap lol. I'm worth more than that ;)

Well Sydney seems to be best options flights wise and with Australia being a big country didn't want to get lost!

Although an hour North isn't the end of the world after a 36 hour flight ha ha
