thanks for the replys i,ve just been reading regarding caravanners can tow a dingy at the rear of there caravan but it invalidates there warranty on the caravan but seems people do do it etc

Hitch splitter behind trailer and then drive it past a traffic cop and let us know what happens:thumbup:

agricultural tractor can tow two trailers as long as second one is empty all lights working.

some tow a van behind lime spreaders etc but on a rigid a frame

Yes an AMV can tow two empty trailers or a trailer (laden and unladen) and an Agricultural Trailed Appliance (which this splitter might be if used on a farmer's holding) but not for private use or behind non agricultural vehicles. I used to see a trailed Heizohack behind a silage trailer pulled by a Valtra with roof mounted grapple but recently only the tractor-trailer combination.

Bet that's a heavy rig when the trailers full! Be a pig to reverse too I bet!

What the op wants to do is what I used too and fit a.small swing lift to the trailer, fill trailer with Logs then lift splitter on top and strap it down or as I did when I changed too a 130landy swing the splitter into the back of that.

Sorry no picks of it with the splitter but you get the idea.
