We've had a yanmar sv26 for a couple if years now. Really nice machine only annoyance is the switches on the right are too close to the seat and I find I keep knocking the heater on. Also exhaust fumes when machine is cold seem worse than they should and not as fast on the tracks as the kubota was. I honestly think with that size machine they're all pretty much the same performance wise. Just go with best price and local for back up.

I’m probably gonna go second hand, as my choice is bobcat but don’t want to pay top whack as currently it’ll be an occasional machine. Have you had a go in a doosan dx27z heard they’re practically the same machine as the bobcat. I just missed out on your e27 would have loved it!

The dx27z (until this years models) is the same as the bobcat e27z.

For Arb work you really want the e27. More counterweight (although nowhere near the tailswing of the Yanmar) and a larger engine than the z model, which is good for lifting and shifting quickly.
