It got a pat down with the ditching bucket after that picture!

The turfs fell apart when lifting most of them, the grass was poor due to bad drainage, hence the job.

They weren't expecting grass on the back, so it will grow and look OK from. Whine a wall looking the other way this time next year :)

Just got a uniforest 1300hardrox grab with 4.5ton rotator to go on a 360 that I hire in regularly from a friends hire firm, going to be fabricating up the mounting bracket this weekend or early next week and wanted a few opinions on weather it was best to have the grab able to swing in all directions with a bracket or just 1 direction

Crappie sketches on phone might make sense 1st like a H so only swings in line with arm 2nd like 2 u's as 90°

I would say swing all directions to reduce stress on bracket etc as you won't always be picking perfectly balanced loads.

 

+1 on that or you will kill the rotator.

 

You need something along the lines of the one on our truck. Try and include the stops so you dont squish the pipe fittings.
