yes but do the leaves belong to the neighbours?

 

if so then returning them without bags is acceptable no?:confused1:

 

Apparently not . It has been said by someone that once the leaf falls from the tree its a free agent and belongs to no one ! :001_smile:

Get the blower going, pointing in the direction of the offending neighbour, then empty the bag in front of the blower, sending them back from whence they came.

 

Just emptying the bag over is no good, that would not take much shovelling up.

Just put them on the compost heap and return the bags.

Life's too short.

 

Perfect solution, and don't forget to thank them as well. Better still take them some black bin bags round as they compost nicely in them, we use lots in our garden through the year.
