But.......As apparently we have to be serious on here now, as well -Your immune system is the most important aspect of this illness- Plenty of vitamins, fluids, a balanced diet an excersise- which I;m sure youve had, but also keep active as much as you can whilst yr ill ( Dont lie in bed all day-going 'eeeeeeeuuuurghhhhh !' ) -fresh air and any supplements are good-cod liver oils esp' . Look into colloidial silver as well- costs £4 to make an a killer on most -if not all infections.

I do hope you feel better soon,

K

khriss, i think your prescrpition of four pints of OP a day should be supplemented by two pints of riggwelter before bed. but seriously, just drink loads of clear liquids and fruit juice. only one problem with that---:toilet:

Hello again mates,

Just an update. I asked my Doc if I could go back to work on Monday as I don't feel at all unwell & the joint pains are (just about) gone. She made me promise that I'd take it steady & to go staight back if I feel unwell or the rash or swelling returns.

I said I would & I will do as she says cos if it turns out to be a thing called 'stills disease' it is more serious. It seems the current thinking is 'reactive arthritis' due to a virus & may take several more weeks to clear yet. Just thought I'd let you all know as so many of you replied with advice & good wishes.

cheers guys, tt.:001_smile:
