URGENT, Minidigger Help!

hi guys

my colleague has a minidigger, a case cx16b and half way through a job the left track reduction gearbox has packed up.

he has not had it long and as we serviced it we found the gearbox to be totaly dry. however it was to late as the other day it jamed. when we took the cover off we found 2 of the planetery gears had broken totaly.

 

so my problem, where can we get a gearbox, or just the planetery setup for Inside it as the outside gear teeth on it are ok? the trackmotor is still good. or maybe a reconditioned one from a breaker? i just dont have the contaccts for this type of machine.

we use Shell Plant for mini digger spares, ours is a kubota, not sure if they cover case, but they're usually very helpful, so might be able to point you in the right direction if they can't help.

I used to work for a case dealer in Winchester u may have to buy the complete final drive or if they do do the parts mite be the same price as a whole final drive
