Not sure about mechanical grabs on wire core flip lines. I always like the option of cutting an attachment in an emergency.

 

mechanical grabs should always be attached using a short dyneema eye 2 eye for this very reason, this is the first thing you should check if you are working with another climber and you are supplying the Ariel rescue that there is means to cut the flip line away. if they don't have this don't let them climb it is compulsory!!!

Recently started using the ART positioner, its a great bit of kit. Can be a bit jumpy on single line though.

 

Next you will be telling me you've got a Spiderjack!

 

On a wire core go with a hitch. I had a cinch but eventually wore it out have since gone back to a hitch and prefer it over the cinch that I had for years.
