Husqvarna T540XP finally here!!!

Recommended Posts

Mines been great. Still in one piece after 18 months. I rarely drop it onto the strop tho'. It only seems to be tricky to start after I let someone else use it. Guess that's down to the autotune.

Add to that: Doesn't start easily if it's cold, warm or hot or if the weather changes or in the morning or in the afternoon!

Mine starts easily no matter what the situation .

Mine starts with difficulty no matter what the situation.

Actually, it restarts perfectly if it's within 2 seconds of switching off!

Lol!

Do you climb with it running? I watched a subby (a very good one) carry out a big reduction on a large tree, he didn't switch his saw off once.

I presume you used the bigshot to get his attention?

If I climb with it running it stalls after a while and is a bitch to start. Presumably because it's warm or hot or morning or raining or afternoon or windy.

How frustrating. We bought a new one recently but I let our new climber have it because my old one works great and I don't want to change it for one that might not work as well or crack. I handed my old 560 down and kept the new one though!
