i have run multi tip for quite a few years on a modified laski f500H. Havent snapped any teeth, but have snapped the bolts off. With heavy use the wheel will wear quite a lot and i have had to re build it several times.

Where do you class them as wearing?

Noticed the other day when grinding the tungsten instead of rounding the edge over when wearing, its worn near back to the steel bit! Compaired to the slight rounding ovee you get when they go dull...

Must learn how to sharpen these also!

I've been sharpening up mine and the tungsten is worn back below the steel so I ground the steel back and the ground the tungsten sharp and they look grand, I will be trying them tomorrow. How do you sharpen yours? I don't mean with a diamond disc or green wheel:)
