well 1000th post ;)

 

not really sure what to do

 

basically i lent my husqvarna 3120 to a mate of mine in january, February time,i have tried calling and texting him but no reply i have had a couple of jobs that i needed it, subsequently have suffered because of it, any ideas what i can do? or anyway of getting it back?

 

any help would be great

Go and see him,as you aint seen him since February he may of changed his number ?

Just read this and realised why iv'e not been on here for a long while...

 

When i lend my mates something (and i sure as hell dont lend anyone any of my saws) i just ask for it back,

 

Did you say?

1, "Here you go Mate, i dont use this 3120 anymore so you might as well have it" or

2, "Here you go Mate, You can borrow this until i need it back"

 

Option 1, means you might be out of luck - Generous yes, But still out of luck.

Option 2, means he is either a forgetful mate or he's sold it on ebay and ran off down the shops to buy Beer/Cornettos/Crack/Porn etc If so you might still be out of luck,

 

Either way I would go round to where he lives, knock on the door and ask for it back....
