Bought 6 what..?, so you will increase rope diametre as excess wear causes the uni to slip?

 

Yeah basically, as it wears you use a bigger line and so on and so forth until it need to be sent back for a re-build. I have an account with a company and a few others wanted one after having a go on mine and dans so i put a large order in. :thumbup1:

Holy Cow! Running a Unicender becomes more and more expensive!

Its okay as i have lots of lines to use up. ;)I still think in my opinion its the best bit of kit out for srtwp. :thumbup:

 

Would you say that it would be good for a novice or should one have experience under their belt before using a Uni?

I only ask because I've read that it's quite 'sporty'.

I've never used one so it's a genuine question.

Climbing is inherently dangerous, in my opinion a Uni is no more so than any other device out there.
