I did some work last year out in Czech, the guy I was working for is setting up for horse logging. the area he works at is over 1000m sea level and they take an approach where if they can avoid it they wont take a machine into the woods. this is all part of them still trying to repair the damage caused by ussr. (p.s. Czechoslovakia does not exist any more, its Czech Republic now, or just Czech. this annoys them).

Hello. Just wandering how you got on working in Czech Republic carrying out tree work with U.K certificates etc. we are thinking of moving there with my Czech wife and i would like to carry on my line of work but im unsure if my experience, qualifications would be recognised over there

I like the look of your business, the horse is a magnificent animal. Sadly in this Country most of us have the mentality that if it can't be done with a machine, it can't be done. People don't want to get off their fat asses and leave the cab of a machine! Fair play to you and best of luck in you business.
