£120 pt unseasoned cord?

In my opinion if you pay more than £35 a tonne for cord you are cutting up logs for free.

 

I had a good 'phone round and couldn't get cord anywhere for less than £50 / tonne including delivery (for an artic load).

 

Without delivery it was still about £40 per tonne.

 

Here in the New Forest it was higher :confused1:

i am just outside the purbecks in south dorset.

 

i only sell a few cord to local ppl who like to chop their own logs. They collect the stacks in a crazy assortment of transportation. Presently i am all sold out of these stacks, but can take orders for this summer/autumn.

Wood is usaully a mix of oak, silver birch and occasionally roddenedun (spelling)

(just to plug- hardwood logs also sold, plus do sell artic loads of cordwood sometimes but nothing atm)
