I bought a bottle of this last week. It's far too drinkable. Truth be told it's a tad sweeter than I like but worth a try.

Glenrothes select reserve. Lovely. Around £30 a bottle but holds its own amongst the expensive ones

Not sure if it's been suggested already, but Talisker Storm is a cracking drop; managed to finish mine off far to quickly..........

My usual tipple is that one Paul :thumbup1:

 

 

Last time I was in Scotland I had a good tasting session at the Royal Lochnagar distillery, on Balmoral's doorstep.

 

In truth, not one of the true Whisky Royals (very small distillery) but its core sweetness suits my palete

Ardbeg Uigadail..... awesome! But Laphroaig form a more regular drink.
