Mr wiggy was very tasty, I'm pleased to say. Very mild and slightly nutty flavour. Nice firm stem, not at all fibrous, the cap (though the gills were perfectly white still) was a bit soft, but not unpleasantly so.
One certainly doesn't make a meal though!
