Be interesting to see how long this chestnut stays standing with 3 different fungi on it!
chondrostereum, oysters and velvet shank?

Baffles me, different fungi on different species of trees. Not being in the know, and seeing fungi on trees that i have been walking past for years..... i automatically think the worst for their health, cos after all it wasnt there last year! But apparently some fungi is ok and non harmful to trees, so ?‍♂️ this is where i take tips and learn about these things ? some fungi species are stunning to look at though, even if they are potentially harmful!
