Brilliant thanks guys. I have a couple hazel hedges to do in the next couple of weeks. I feel it's a bit early but the customers want it doing. I love the way you've tied the hazel with a stem wrapping over them all.

TC take Dorset up on his offer very good hedgelayer and does a very good job

saw his work at netly and looked very neat. good style shame we do not have many banks this way so i could use dorset devon style. along with south of england the best two styles. have flack jacket and helmet on from other style hedgelayers

Well thats Dorset Show over with, just got Wiltshire County Fair and Im all showed out,

 

Saturday seemed more land owners/ farmers , other trades interested.

 

Think Sunday was more familys day, but over all had a good weekend in all weather held of so bouns

 

Landy loaded and ready to go,

kettle ready to be fired up

1st couple of pleachers down just to make a start.

well have romsey this saturday lets hope weather is ok had a good show at alresford lot of interest and one hedgelaying job already from it may have one up north plus got to see a job end of week so looking good

pictures from sparsholt we did back in may that was ok but nothing from it.

agriculture shows seem to be were the work may come from

Well Saturday weather held of for our small training/taster day on offer , only 5 tipped up, had about 20 last yr , (never mind) but was a good afternoon. Logs cleared by end of play, bit of burning off later to clear the brash. job done ,job satifaction :thumbup: and 5 more people with a interest in hedgelaying
