How are your Sugihara bars holding up?

I've got a 20" lightweight pro bar on my Stihl ms461. So far I haven't used it on a job but made a few cuts.

Straight off you notice less effort in the cuts and the finish of the cut seems to be superior - I guess due to the high tolerance of the rail.

Has anyone noticed that they seem to make less mechanical noise? Just a low hiss. Perhaps it's just me!

I have found the rails to be much harder than other bars ( most of the wear is now to the tie straps on the chain ) so much so that they hardily ever need dressing .

Yes me too, steel quality is excellent

Nothing to be proud of but i've managed to put a tiny bend in my 13" one and get a bit of bluing on a sticky spot. 2 if not 3 years old now though.

You may have to watch the bar does not chip at that point.... But I expect it will keep on going with no issues.
