The decay G.resinaceum had not advanced very much further up the stem than the felling cut.

Cut high because of the rot.

Client declined a resistograph test.

DBH 105cm for 7m until a flare where the crown started.

Fresh oak for the most part is joy to handsplit with the X27.

Loving the climbing wellies 👍

Client, a dapper young French aristo.

Normally dresses like an English gent before the Great War.

Attentive with the cafetiere and a loyal long term customer with a healthy budget for his 'garden'.

I thought that!

I’ve worked there just up from Fixings Warehouse and on a good day you can see Dungeness and the windmills at Kent Corner.

This was the big house with the paddocks next to the Indian restaurant at the top of the hill there. Removing about 15 self seeded elder from a neglected paddock.

Made a giant wolf delek for the local folk festival with a couple of mates. 3rd year we have made a burning wolf sculpture. 2 days for 3 people and a lot of slab wood and screws. Delek part of it was made i solidarity with local sci fi museum getting hammered by the planners (local story).

Anyways made a nice change 20190928_142528.jpeg20190928_144808.jpeg20190928_191236.jpeg20190928_192214.jpeg
