Today’s job was mostly admin and finally putting up some shelves for the hand tools and climbing gear.

 

Edit: I don’t own this gear. It’s the company tools.

Advice...osteopathy.

 

If the first one doesn’t solve it go to another.

 

And as much as you might not want to hear it cos of endorphins etc.

it may be time to rethink all the recreational lifting.

yoga can help.

work less!

identify the tasks that are worse for your back and try and avoid them.

sorry to hear that as a bad back can turn a normal easy work day into a real slog.

hope you get it sorted.

Client wanted some extra trees down so we agreed all the woodchip and timber can stay on site.
