Original 200t modified and the rope is 11.6 petzle

Yes it looks a good rope, I’m thinking of going down the zigzag route but was wondering on how different your 11.6 would be to a 12.5. Do or did you find your hand we’re hurting using a smaller rope as there is less to grip, just your thoughts really bud, cheers

Hi mate I have climbed on 11.7 for years and not had any problems 11.6 definitely runs slightly better through the device! I almost always climb wearing pfanner reds which help with grip I also spend nearly all my time doing take downs which means am on spikes which am sure makes me less aware of grip problems because I tend to climb the tree not the rope I really do rate the petzle rope though definitely one of the best ropes for zigzag
