I can easily make the shavings...but using shavings like that? its fantastic work, imagine how long that would take? weeks of work! well doen, whoever did them

found this website, looks like its just one Russian man who does all of these.

Just received the story & rest of the pics by e-mail.....

 

This man takes wood chips, soaks them in water for many days.

He uses a tree from Russia (Red Cedar).

Then he starts building his pieces which take him

about 6 months, 10 hours a day to finish it.

He was offered a lot of money for one piece but won't sell one.
