Watching the video-it does look a worthwhile buy , its feed rate on roundwood looked fine - 4" log and obviously it will take in any old crap an rakings up, which , on many jobs can be the bulk of yr disposal requirement. Its light too, Id think if yr company has two or three crews - having one of these to replace a chipper would be of great help :) Kx

just watched a demo video.

Love the idea but my god did that look slow!

it nearly stopped with really thin branches. I got a tw125 and it wouldnt even slow the engine down let alone activate the stress control on what that shredder was doing.

Guess i will have to wait till they can speed up shredders ( without having to buy a monster one ) before getting one.

its still got the poxy shute. why after 17 years have they not relised it needs changing?

i do like the idea of a shreader but couldnt do without a chipper.

looks like a handy bit of kit for a gardener

Whats wrong with the shute?

Whats wrong with the shute?

they wear to quick. nuts vibrate loose. shute moves after a while missing the truck or your intended area. constantly have to keep an eye on them.. its the same on both our machines. they need some way of locking the flap in place or locking the shute it place.
