I am enjoying such a healthy lifestyle these days Francheska! I have found a Health food cafe near my home which is run by a Peruvian man and his Wife.They make great Fare.Quinoa cakes are delicious.I'll take you there one day.....

I have been off the radar for a few weeks.Life has shifted gear recently and gathering momentum regarding happiness in work and family. But something wonderful is unfolding.As for where I've been?
