Boots are just as comfy as Airstreams but feel a lot sturdier.

I have had a pair of those for a good few years now Paul.  Great boots.  I must admit I don’t climb in them for pruning in the summer.  I have lighter AKU’s for those jobs.  But the Andrews must be 3 years old at least now.

I appreciate the feedback Rich.A Happy New Year to you and your Family.I will always remember the help and friendship you gave me right back at the very start of my Desperate times Journey. Our paths do seem to cross at the most random times usually on an Arb Campsite. These boots are of a great construction but I do use my Evo,s for pruning work.Super light and sticky.Mind you everything seems light these days.Guess I,m just a lot stronger. The 500i feels like a 261[emoji6][emoji963]️‍♂️

I shall keep them and take them to Meindl and see if I can get them re-soled. I have heard it is possible providing they aren't too worn. You can never have too many pairs of boots.?

Paul, there is a company in Newcastle that does it
