So here's the challenge.....

 

I am happy to supply 11mm Dyneema and if someone wants to test it against Tenex or similar.

 

I don't mind having egg on face, I would just like to see if its true what the critics say.

 

The dyneema would be free of charge, and I would like to see video evidence.

try it first and find out how it performs, do not be blinkered :biggrin:

 

I think red liquorice boot laces would make a great sling, I am happy to splice up and destruction test said sling if someone will supply the raw materials.

whatever it maybe, lowering, towing, dragging, lifting...., but setting fire to it as your towing a tractor is not acceptable:lol:

The dmm link is about woven slings, i'm talking about 12 strand 11mm amsteel which is 12.5 ton MBS.

 

Spliced it is 8ton or there abouts, call it 5 if you like......

 

give it a go and find out.....
