Bear in mind that this image offers very little but I will go with G. australe till better evidence issued.

 

Oak at least our native white oaks Q. Petraea and robur if healthy and vital appear to cope well with this and tend to cavitation despite the fact many species do not cope well with this one.

 

If this was a lime or horse chestnut it would be a bigger issue.
