haha its worse, we have all and sundry competing with everybody else, i'm sure in my little town, in the past few months i've seen between 10-15 new vans (and business names) all with local numbers on..

 

wouldn't mind but we don't have that many trees:lol:

 

I may be on crappy pay, but at least its via a LA where there are other perks:biggrin:

Position still available?

Started a new job a few months ago as a trainee climber but have been on the deck and climbed about 1 tree a week. I have an understanding and i am able to perform crown clear-outs, crown reductions, thinning, crown lifts. I am quite a good climber as i used to go out and climb in my spare time to get faster, I just need to work on my work positioning and cuts.

Highly experienced groundsman, i did 3 years on the railway and power-lines so my felling is pretty good, same with cross-cutting and de-limbing.

Really want to become a good climber/arborist just need to be given the chance.
