still better to buy a secondhand one for 4k ish and own it outright then your not working for monthly payments = less stress on your work load imo

 

Buy cheap buy twice its so true people sell them when there old and tired.

 

You spend a one off payment and say u get a alright machine for 4 grand its got to last 1-2 years for it to be remotely worth while because the new one costs me £2520 a year ive got a new machine no faults if there are i wont be paying for them and its going to get cheaper and cheaper each time i buy one because ill have this chipper as a deposit for the replacement

I can honestly say that I would NEVER borrow money or use finance to purchase any business equipment. I'd rather save up and do without until I can afford it. However, I understand that for some people the borrowing route may be ideal for them. I like the fact that should anything happen (eg bad health) then I don't have to worry about extra payments.
