What about this one then? No mewp access , boggy ground anyway.

 

The skylight of the bungalow is in range if it goes. Is it being held up by the bits caught in the tree on the left at the top of the leaning tree?

I'd climb it if it was fairly stable on its current location.

 

I would remove all the lower branches and then nibble away at the top, its surprising how often they will start to stand back up when you get some weight off.
