What was your first chain saw

Not sure if this has come up in the past.

Mine was a ear splitting screamer that lasted 15 years until I swapped it for a cement mixer.

 

It was this one Model Profile: MARK I

 

No break, No anti vib and no automatic oiler, it had a button to press and feed oil. Funny think I never had a chain wear out and from memory all I used as chain oil was 20/50 engine oil, never any trouble.

And the fuel was left in the tank for months some times without any issue :thumbup1:

The good old days of bleeding ears and vibration white finger, but did we care:lol: we never knew any different in 1973 :confused1:

Some husky ... I think it was a 266, no decomp button and it felt like it would leave you breathless and rip your arm out of its socket trying to start it, but I was a wep back then!!

I'm sure a luxury saw to use compared to those mentioned above!!
