Some Clarification

Recommended Posts

Since I have been inundated with e-mails and PM's today I will clarrify pricing, training, support etc.

The cost of the apps is as follows.

Android for phone FREE and probably always will be. It is our shop window so to speak and so you can try, use, explore for FREE.

Android Tablet Version will retail on Google Market for £19.99; why is it not free? Because the tablets all have different sensors and capabilities unlike the phones that have a baseline set of sensors etc. We have to produce three and perhaps four different versions of the Android Tablet version.

This costs us so unfortunately we have to pass this on.

iOS devices versions will retail for £19.99 for the same reasons as the Android Tablet plus there are hidden extra costs from Apple that w need to cover.

Training. is £105 per person if you book early and you are an arbtalk member or a member of our other partnered organisations. There are further discounts if you have a windows license for Cloud1 our any of the old HowBig software which we bought up, if you think this applies to you then just ask and we'll let you know.

There are training days over most of the UK throughout the year.

If you don't book early the cost goes up.

Online support is free for a year to anyone who comes on one of our training courses. and is almost 24/7. We are very proud of our online support and it has an over 97% success rate on problems resoled within an hour, 99% on problems resolved within 3 hours and 99.5% within 24 hours.

I hope this is clear on the overall deal side of things
