Fungi ID help

Hi guys Im doing a P&D portfolio as part of my Foundation Degree in arboriculture and I came across this little fungi on a old apple orchard near to Pershore where I study, any help with the ident would be great, sorry its so small I couldnt get any closer to it, its right in the middle of the picture looks like a small orange ball. Ive tried researching as to what it is but so far no luck, any help would be much appreciated.

i reckon David, hama, and gerrit should be banned from answering any fungi question for 3 posts to give myself and others a chance to answer so we can test ourselves....:sneaky2:
