Just thought i'd post up a review whilst i remembered.

 

I ordered an Oregon bar for my 372XP and a couple of chains.

 

Firstly Rob was excellently priced, it's refreshing to see someone who specialises in an area but is also competitive!

 

Secondly Rob's the service was excellent, there was no need to chase up my order, there was a slight delay in the shipment from Oregon to Rob but he kept me up to date with any information he had.

 

All in all it was a combination of fantastic knowledge, service and product and Rob's been recommended to everyone i know who uses a saw!

I second the above. Service is excellent. I only had a small order (files, wedges) but also got an upgrade from Oregon to Vallorbe . Free postage was nice too. Many thanks.

Me too! wanted chain I couldn't find Rob soon pointed me in the right direction, When the website is fully established, it will be The encyclopedia brittanica for the sharp end of the saw. Its already a brilliant source of info, and it doesn't have a load of trash and ads like alot of resource sites. Well done to Rob from me too.

Just ordered some Save edge files in 4mm and 5.5mm sizes. Didn't know about the discount for members but as service was very fast and you threw in a few extra files I'm very happy. Those files certainly have some cutting ability. Totally different to Stihl.

I have had to increase the prices slightly (although not and the bars or chains) and postage - but you do now get 10% discount (instead of the previous 4%) as arbtalkers so should balance out!

Tried them, bar and chain miss match? I left a voice mail, called me back a week later ? I stressed this us why I prefer to visit a dealer, he blocked my account,  not bothered,  go to a dealer , you can avoid this shite
