Transit tipper fault ( factory fitted)

we have one of these tippers and its just been in to ford for a recall on something to do

with the tipper electrics done FOC worth asking at a ford dealer we was told make sure it's switched off at isolator as before repair they can tip on their own accord due to water ingress

Hi I have ford tipper which had all sorts of issues leaking cylinder ,hook latch not working,everything has been replaced including brand new power pack so I know have power all way up to motor now when up/down is actuated power jumped across solenoid onto motor but pump still not running no pressure just constant bleeping on lift but no pressure coming out of unit any idea guys ? Thinking defective new pack?
