Here is my homebrew that i filtered out for the first time in 5 years. Both bottles are Old Speckled Hen bottles but which one has the homebrew spirit in it.

 

As I am actually now blind and have to rely on my guide dog Daniel to inter prate information of a visual nature , I could only pass judgment from a taste test, :001_smile: Both look pretty good to Dan.

 

My friends now call me Glaucoma Kid, and some just call me Roy

Last nights filtering session. The Blackberry gin, Blackberry whisky and Damson Gin is all filtered and ready for drinking. The monster sloe gin is now fermenting ready for around January. Won't be going cold this season.......hic:thumbup:
