i have been, but 10 different industries.

 

only in my 2nd yr in this game.

 

still got to get the money from somewhere:blushing:

 

But weren't you 15 years for land rover and 15 years on the bouncy castles, can't remember all the others, I imagined you were around 95 at least :biggrin:

that sounds about right - i'm getting the feeling that i'm there to offer free training.:sneaky2:

 

looking for a new job if anyones offering....

 

You offer training to staff to fulfill your obligations to your insurance company. The fact that your staff benefits from it in making them a better prospect to other employers is incidental IMO. If they are worth investing in, they are worth fair wages. If they aren't worth the wages, why put them through courses?

 

I've had heaps of free training over the years. I never once put my hand up and said I wanted to do any of it. The few courses I actually wanted to do I paid for myself.
