how much do you charge for a net bag of logs??

been looking at easy ways to make some cash, so bought a petrol log splitter ive got a fair amount of wood up my yard, my house is on a busy road through a village some reason lots of people cut through 2 major roads through the village, anyways i was going to fill some netted bags and stick a sign up saying logs etc but have no idea what the usual price for a net bag full is worth any help guys? hopeing i can get some people stop buy some logs give out the business card for tree surgery and hopefully get my name out there even more win win :thumbup1:

40cm x 60cm net of 9" dry seasoned hardwood logs, 8-10 logs per net depending on size,

retail mine at £4.50 each or 5 nets for £20.

Although I have seen them at other outlets for anything up to £7.99

I find kindling goes out just as quick as logs, same size net with 7" softwood kindling for same price.

Its all about supply and demand dear fellow :D

What you charge/list at today will be very different to January!

Iv`e got a few cord over 12 mnth seasoned come the new year and thats when i`m scaling up and actively advertising more. Way too many competitors at the mo along with the nomad Joe Public getting all excited with their Gardentec wonder saws so prices are too low. I`m gonna corner the market in the new year :D
